Contacting us

Getting in touch with us is easy. You can call us or fill a query form available on our website. Our executive will take down your details and forward them to the concerned department. We will fix a survey day as per your convenience.

Survey

Our Survey Executive will visit your premises as per the scheduled day and time, equipped with all the necessary tools to evaluate the goods that need to be transported.

Estimation

We will provide an Estimated Cost for the move via email or physical copy. If you agree to the estimate, we will finalize the deal and give you a brief about the requirements and the workings. We will plan the entire moving process as per your requirement.

Confirmation

Once you confirm the booking, we will book the dates and time for the move.

Packing

On the scheduled day and time, the Packing Crew along with the supervisor will reach your premises. Our team is well-trained in all the packing techniques and will pack the items as per the delicacy of the articles. For example, if it is a glass item, the team will use multiple-layer protective packing with cushioning. If it is white goods, the chords will be first safeguarded and then packed according to the standard process.

One Point Contact

We will provide you with a single point of contact who will coordinate and assist you till the delivery and unpacking at the destination.

Transportation

The goods carrier, as agreed, will be placed at your premises during packing. The packed goods will be loaded on board the carrier, and the consignment will be transported as planned.

Tracking

The driver or helper of the goods carrier will remain in constant contact with your one point contact and will notify you about the delivery status when asked.

Destination

On arrival of the goods carrier, the offloading crew will reach your premises and offload the goods. They will arrange the items in the new premises as per your requirement.

Customer Care

If any issues arise, your one point contact will coordinate with the required team to get it settled within due time, so that you don’t have to face any inconvenience. Also, we settle all claims for damages or losses incurred on priority, so that your trust in us remains intact.
